SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. Handling time can vary according to traffic volume. Please refer to the storefront header to see our current handling time as it is updated daily.

We are not responsible for USPS/CUSTOMS/SHIPPING delays.
Once received at the Post Office we no longer have charge of your package.
We are not responsible for NATURE: Fires, Storms, Earthquakes, disease, disasters, delaying your package. etc.
* If your item arrives in poor condition or doesn't arrive, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the USPS postal service…..or Post Office of your country. All USPS and UPS packages include $100 of shipping insurance. If your purchase more than $100 worth of merchandise and you wish for your package to be fully insured, then please opt-in to Shipinsure coverage that is offered at checkout.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ALL CUSTOMS DUTY, ANY FEES, VAT, and TAXES.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted for 3 calendar days after date of delivery.  Products MUST be wrapped, unopened, and unused in order to qualify for a return, no exceptions. Items that appear to have been opened (including outer tissue wrapping) will not be granted a refund. Customer is responsible for $6.99 return shipping cost*, which will be deducted from the refund amount. We do NOT offer exchanges.

We understand that fragrance preferences are highly personal and can vary from person to person. To ensure your satisfaction, we recommend purchasing samples and/or smaller sizes before committing to a full-size product. Click here to view the Sample Section of our store.

*International customers are responsible for the entire return shipping cost. We are unable issue international return shipping labels, so it is the customer's responsibility to purchase shipping through your local post office. Customer must provide valid tracking information for the return shipping label.

Fragrance takes 30 days to fully macerate into products containing alcohol (EDPs, EDTs, & Body Splashes). These products can be used immediately (although you may notice an alcohol scent, which will quickly fade), however optimal fragrance quality is achieved at 30 days. Products containing alcohol will include an insert indicating the date it was mixed.
